Our family vacation was superb! The location was ideal, between the lively Mexican market and the historic church. Our clean and air-conditioned room was a sanctuary from the warm and humid weather. The bathroom was spotless and had all the essential toiletries. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the delicious breakfast provided a perfect start to our day. We loved the convenient facilities, including the speedy Wi-Fi and cozy lounge area.

I had a great stay at the hotel located in the heart of the city. The location was perfect as it was near the Mexican market and the marimba park. The hotel facilities were outstanding including a clean room with air conditioning, which was a must in this hot and humid city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was a great addition to my stay and it was delicious.
Not one thing went wrong during my stay. The overall experience was perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and the air conditioning kept me comfortable in the hot and humid weather. the hotel's location was perfect for me: situated right between the main plaza and a lovely park where I listened to amazing marimba music.
I didn't really have any major complaints during my stay, but I did have a slight issue when checking in. It was quickly resolved with a phone call to customer service, though, and didn't impact my overall experience.
